Dr. Morteza Moghaddassian joined CENIT in 2024 where he is currently a Senior Research Associate. Prior to CENIT, Morteza has been a post-doctoral fellow in the Network Architecture Lab (NAL) at the Univerity of Toronto. Morteza holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer engineering from the University of Toronto and his research interests include network security for the current and the future Internet, communication protocols, network architectures, cryptography, and the Internet of Things systems, protocols, and applications. He is an ACM Professional member and a member of IEEE Computer and Communication Societies.
